Oliver + S Patriotic Ice Cream Tunic
Patriotic Oliver + S Ice Cream Tunic.

Fabric is Robert Kaufman Freedom, blue stars on white.
I added a couple of inches to the length after sewing it up, the seam is disguised by the red ribbon.
